Who We Are
Who We Are
The Swedish Evangelical Alliance is a member organization of the World and European Evangelical Alliance. We have about 2 000 individual members, paying an annual membership fee, and about 5 000 individuals receiving our newsletter. We connect with several Evangelical and Pentecostal denominations in Sweden, but do not receive any funds from them. We generally describe our mission as being a clear Christian voice in the public sphere – both in relation to secular society and to Christianity in Sweden. We build bridges between Christians from different denominations with a love for God’s Word and with a vision for change. We also regularly publish new resources concerning issues such as the authority of Scriptures, the challenge of Islam, LGBTQ, and other areas related to the liberal, postmodern and/or individualistic mindset.
